Ribbon Cutting at the Good Lord's Mobile Welding Service
On Friday, August 27th, the city honored The Good Lord’s Mobile Welding Service for opening their new shop along Florence Circle in Powder Springs. Owner Carl Lomax, seen above with the Mayor, City Council and board members, provided the service for over four years as a home business and decided to open a shop this year to expand operations.
The Good Lord’s Mobile Welding Service provides onsite and mobile welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Projects like metal fabrication and repair, commercial construction and fleet maintenance are some of their specialties. The Good Lord’s Mobile Welding Service has secured large contracts from the City of Atlanta and Georgia Department of Transportation and can also accommodate smaller, local welding jobs.
